Welcome to Guest Rewards. A program that recognizes you as a valued, repeat customer. Here's how it works: We'll provide you with one Guest Rewards certificate for each night you stay with us. Each certificate is worth 10 points. Save your certificates, and you can redeem your points at any time for hotel, travel and U.S. Savings Bonds awards. It's just that easy. And what a selection of awards!
Over the years, Westmark Hotels has earned a reputation for comfort, convenience and true northern hospitality. Seasoned travelers have also learned to appreciate our ideal downtown locations in key communities throughout Alaska and the Yukon as well as our superb customer service.
Westmark Hotels has taken the lead in providing customers with more value for their lodging expenditure. We were the first to offer valuable Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Miles. Our mileage programs and special offers are still the finest in the North. Other firsts include the Guest Rewards Program that gives our frequent guests the opportunity to earn travel and U.S. Savings Bonds awards.
Now we've taken our Guest Rewards program and made it even better. If you are a regular traveler within Alaska or the Yukon, this program is tailor-made for you. When you join Westmark's Guest Rewards program, you'll now have the opportunity to earn:

All guests enrolled in the Westmark Hotels' Guest Rewards program earn one certificate worth 10 points for every night they stay at any Westmark Hotel. These certificates are valid for three years and quickly add up to provide opportunities for earning valuable rewards.

Simply fill out the HOTEL, TRAVEL & BOND REDEMPTION FORM (call 1-800-823-4083 for additional forms) and mail the form, along with the required number of Guest Rewards points, to the following address:

Redemption of Guest Rewards certificates for lodging purposes will have limited availability between May 15 and September 15 each year. Overall, rooms available for this program are inventory controlled and other restrictions may apply. A minimum of 48 hours advance reservations required for all lodging offers.
Members utilizing lodging awards must surrender the voucher, which they have been issued, upon hotel check-in. Additional charges for food, beverages, gratuities, telephone, parking, movies, and incidentals are the responsibility of the guest.
A weekend night is defined as either Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.
Persons eligible to buy and hold U.S. Savings bonds include residents of the Untied States, its territories and possessions, and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, citizens of the United States residing abroad; civilian employees of the United States; or members of its Armed Forces-regardless of residence or citizenship.
Determination of any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the member.
Firms other than Westmark Hotels offering awards in the Guest Rewards Program may have specific rules and restrictions regarding use of their product or service.
Some awards may have charges or taxes due that are the responsibility of the Guest Rewards member.
- Members in the program are entitled to receive one Guest Rewards certificate for every night spent at a Westmark Hotel at a regularly published rate. Every certificate is worth 10 points in the program
- Program members staying at special promotional or group rates cannot earn certificates during these stays.
- Certificates cannot be redeemed in conjunction with an AVIS package except as noted on the prize listings.
- Properly signed and dated certificates are valid for redemption for a period of three years.
- Redemption of Guest Rewards certificates for lodging purposes will have limited availability between May 15 - September 15 each year. Overall, rooms available for this program are inventory controlled and other restrictions may apply. A minimum of 48 hours advance reservations required for all lodging offers.
- Westmark Hotels maintains the right to change the program rules, regulations and award levels without notice.
- Westmark Hotels reserves the right to terminate the program with six months' notice. This means your right to accumulate points and claim awards can be terminated six months after we give you proper notice.
- Certificates are transferable to other program members.
- Westmark Hotels and its travel partners are not responsible for correspondence or redemption requests lost or delayed in the mail.
- Westmark Hotels' Guest Rewards certificates are not replaceable or redeemable for cash. Certificates are void if sold for cash or other considerations. Certificates will not be reissued if stolen, lost or destroyed.
- Firms other than Westmark Hotels offering awards in the Guest Rewards Program will have specific rules and restrictions regarding use of their product or service. Please contact them upon receipt of your award voucher to confirm details.
- Terms & Conditions are effective starting April 1, 1998.
