RESERVATION INFORMATION

Reservations:
Rooms are held until 4:00 p.m.* unless accompanied by one night's deposit or a major credit card guarantee. Written confirmation of your reservation is available upon request.
* During the summer some properties require cash or credit card to guarantee reservations.

Cancellations:
Once payment is guaranteed, your room will be held until your arrival, regardless of the hour.

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Summer Policy: May 15 - September 15
Cancellations must be made by Noon local hotel time on the day prior to arrival. If a reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Winter Policy: September 16 - May 14
Cancellations must be made by Noon local hotel time on the day of arrival. If a reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
